My son was refered to them because of our insurance to have 4 teeth extracted. They cancelled my apt when I showed up because the doctor was sick. Rescheduled for the next week they cancelled AGAIN because the same doctor was sick AGAIN!! Never in my life!!! Telling everyone I know!!
Daughters original appt was in October and they called to reschedule due to being in between hygentists. The appt was scheduled for today. I received a text reminding me of it and said it was for 3:30. I arrived 1/2 hour early and the girl at the desk says it's not till 4:15. I showed her my text and her response was "I don't know what to tell you". I called corporate and filed a complaint with them. I will not return to that dentist. They could have worked around it and got me in because it was a glitch in their system but ... read more
I'm so upset. The oral surgeon couldn't finish the procedure because she said I was too restless under the anesthesia. So her plan B was to quit after pulling half my teeth and make it someone else's problem. I now have half my teeth, no dentures, and no idea when my procedure will be done.
