They want to be paid before they even render services and if you have a problem with the tooth you have to make an appointment and it could be a week or so away
Very upset with them. Went in for checkup and they fitted me with a permanent upper denture. Told them that the lower one that is and implant was loose and not staying in. They said that is my permanent one and was going to schedule me an appointment for next month. They did nothing to fix the problem.
As I entered the Aspen Dental facility in York Pennsylvania I was greeted by a very cheerful receptionist who explained it was her first day on the job - I assured her she was doing just fine. A few minutes after completing the paperwork and handing it back to the receptionist the office manager came by and said that I needed to supply Aspen Dental with my Social Security Number on their forms. love the people at West York, treated so nice during visit. Stay away from the East York office the dentist that works there is very rude and a bully.

Abigail Santiago work there isn't she heroin addict overdose twice this year. Like who do you have working in there. This will be on ever review you guys have out there to write. She is a theft and everybody in the city no she in heaven around them opiates you guys have there. Maybe you guys need to give a DNA test or a hair test. There is no lying to that. Or maybe she almost overdose off of your prescriptions Percocets. Who know but it brings people to think.
For the second time, I am called the day before my appt and told there is an "emergency" and I need to be rescheduled. Each time I have to wait another MONTH to get an appt to get a cavity filled. I had high hopes for this office....the first 2 visits were great and so were the people, but this is now getting irritating.
Do not recommend this office! Drove 40 minutes to an appointment that was confirmed the day prior to be told it was at a different time. Consultations are also to determine if you like an office and if you want to hire them to do a job. Unfortunately, the staffs incompetency decided that today before we had a chance to meet with the surgeon.
