ABSOLUTE worst experience with a Dental office I’ve EVER had. First off I drove 2 hrs to get my Wisdom teeth surgically removed, I had a referral from my Primary doctor who sent all the required paperwork and X-rays . I arrive at the office get brought into the room the nurse asks to retake the X-rays I say sure but I don’t want to be charged bc I know my Dr already sent the same X-rays they wanted to take “panoramic” she goes and checks with someone and says there will be no charge. CHEAP SHOT: Your ads that disparage other members of the dental profession are in very poor taste. Must be the Trump effect, and it is not playing well. Why cheapen yourselves this way?
My Wife's last visit was very poor she is changing to another dental group. The person that she saw after her cleaning appointment left her in the room for over an hour. She had to insist on seeing her Doctor which she had never had to do before. She was not happy with the service she recived form the nurse she had at this appointment.
This place is a joke. I waited for over an hour and a half for an appointment to then find out, I need to make another appointment for my cleaning. Sure, it was Halloween but I was there 15 minutes before any other customers were, so this doesn't mean you were "too busy" to see me. Thanks to me, you have a great Halloween photo of your team. You're welcome.
I decided to give them another chance after 2 not so good experiences. I even erased my last review. I got called a week before my 6 month appointment for them to tell me they had to cancel it due to not having a dental hygienist. What is it you guys do there again? Rescheduled next available 4 1/2 months later? I'm shopping for a new dentist. The way this place is run makes me shake my head.
I was referred because I need sedation to have my wisdom teeth pulled. The staff did a gap test on my gums, which I was thankful for because even my own dentist has not done this for me. As someone with very sensitive gums this was torturous for me, and with a bad wisdom tooth it created more pain later that night. I was agitated because they seemed to more interested in trying to take over my regular dental care, cleanings and such, despite me telling them it's a 2 hr drive for me and I already had a primary dentist. I am giving the Williston Aspen Dental 2 stars because on two separate occasions they called to cancel appointments that I had made several months prior and needed to reschedule my appointment for 2-3 months after the original appointment was scheduled. The first time this happened I did not think it was a big deal but I am very disappointed that this has happened twice now.
