they need some serious new training there fot they employes.they mix up every chance they get ,never do what they said at all,never ever can talk to someone higher up ever they claim there is no one higher up ,very very upsetting there just a shame

was snubbed and made to wait when I told them I had no dental Insurance. I had cash and 4 credit cards. made us wait to long we saw 7 ppl come in off the street and be served before us. each had insurance. got up and walked out and wont return. do not reccomend.
I'm going somewhere else since finding out I need to pay 60 dollars out of pocket for a "deep cleaning" when I get 2 cleanings a year zero out of pocket through my insurance. I'll save my out of pocket for when I need work done. Considering I'm off schedule due to you guys not having a dental hygienist for many months and scheduling my cleaning way out because of this, my need of a deep cleaning probably should be covered by you guys. SCAMMM!!!!!!!! They advertise free exam for first time patients that don’t have dental insurance, then they bill for the FREE EXAM??????? SLEAZY SALESPERSONS TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! I SAW LOTS OF OLDER FOLKS IN THERE, ONE CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE MAGNITUDE OF SCAMS THEY PULL ON THEM!! Do not go there!!!!
Im 4 days post op of having 6 teeth pulled and a temp full UPPER. I have taken out my teeth and put them back in everyday since... yes a little pain but to be expected. This morning i have tried over a half hour to put them in and its more painful then natural child birth! I have to go to work today So i call the office and got transferred to someone whom asked about my lower partial?!?!?! All my lower teeth are mine! Waited an hour and 15 minutes to be seen, so the dentist for 5 minutes and took 1 x ray in network and it was 117 dollars. Never going there again

I have been calling since noon, cannot speak to someone due to the standard pre-recorded “closed and call back during business hours” message. I am in pain due to an extraction done a WEEK ago. No one seems to care. I called yesterday, they said they would talk to the doctor (Acone) and call back. Nothing, so I called and dealt with the phones shut off again yesterday until finally after 3 someone actually answered and said they would check with the doctor and still nothing today.
