Billing department has such a turn over its ridiculous, they tell you one price and after your care oops your insurance kicked 2-500$ worth of their micro billing never have I not had an elevated bill or more to pay!! When they call for pre appointments if they don’t reach you with 1-2 tries they cancel but god forbid you owe them money they text you call you and email you. It’s a shame it could be a good place
If you like having to fight for every bit of care and dealing with an office that doesn't understand patient centered care, Aspen is the place to go
Tell you one thing and then do the opposite and when you complain that that’s not what was agreed upon they say they will do better with no follow thru I have now spent almost 3k and it’s been a month with nothing to show for it very unpleased so not recommend to this bussness
I was brought back to a room and left there for over an hour. Forgotten about. I had to walk out and find staff as they were just hanging out out back gabbing. Finally the dentist comes in and quotes me almost $3,000. I paid 1/3 that at affordable dentures. I also stated I was paying cash and they were very persistent on me going through one of there financial companies. This place is a disgrace.
I’m having a lot of restoration done on my teeth as well as getting partials, so far I have had three fillings which all are extremely painful to the point where I cannot chew on either side told the dentist said they’d put it in my chart but nothing was done. Every time I’ve gone for an appointment I’ve waited at least a half an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I do not recommend!!!
We have been going to the Williston office for about a year now, the dental staff is fantastic however the office staff is ridiculous, constantly canceling appointments, making you pay 60% upfront before they will even schedule your appointment and then the day of work they charge you full price if not more, and then Jess the girl I spoke with today was extremely rude, I was looking at the treatment plan they gave along with my staples receipt for the day I prepaid tried to get me to pay full price and when I question it sai... read more
they pulled the wrong tooth and want to charge me 200 .00 more and I have insurance , when I left there 1 week before the Chinese virus I had a credit , could not go back they are ripoff
