I went to the dentist for the first time in a long time....EVERYONE was pleasant and helpful....would definitely recommend this location for all of your dental needs!
Ashley the manager is an extremely horrible person who is abusive, lies treats, people as if they are beneath her. She is also a bully and a downright horrible human being. Stay clear of this place run run fast please run take my word for it they will steal your money they will overcharge you they will tell you your insurance is not accepted run to a private dentist!!!!!!
What a waste of my time!!! Arrived, as requested, at 2:15 for a 2:30 new patient appointment. Finally, 30 min. Later we were taken for xrays, xrays? Why xrays?? Finally, decided to leave at 3:50.

Their website shows they do root canals. My daughter went yesterday and paid $170 to be told they don't do root canals. My daughter is very upset and I cannot get them to answer the phone today. Sad way to run a business.

this place is nothing but a joke staff Candice doesn't know how to do her job. Tiffany does no better than to hang up on people. In a time I should be grieving the death of my husband from Covid. I'm dealing with yet another problem from this office that should not have happened to begin with. Avoid this office at all cost not worth the headache
I am a patient there. Called this morning with an emergency. Face and throat swelling. Bad tooth ache. Was told they couldn’t see me till next Friday . I will find me another dentist for all my needs. They were no help at all.

Husband went in with one issue. Came out with a 2200 quote on work needed. And left with the same issue. Had 4 different people in his mouth and when the actual dentist came in, he already had a 2200 treatment plan. Mind you, he HAD NOT even looked at his xrays or in his mouth. Spent all of 2 minutes with him. He left with the same issue. And a 2200 quote - that had treatment lasting for 6 months for a crown. Which is BS. Liars and thieves! Do NOT waste your time. The office staff is incredibly ignorant and unprofessional. If you have insurance they will charge you for your co-pays and not file with your insurance so they can then send you a bill for the rest of the services a year later. I spoke with them and thought the matter was resolved only to receive a bill from a collection agency a few months later. They never contacted me and have caused me nothing but trouble.
