Well, I went in for a simple tooth extraction. My appointment was at 2:30 I arrived at 1:45 to make sure to do the paper work. I don't remember what time I was finally taken to the examination room. They took x-rays then, the Hygienist came in along with the dentist. She started probing in my mouth calling out number to the dentist. After this I thought I would get my tooth taken out. i WAS SITTING IN WAITING ROOM AND A MALE THAT I FOUND OUT LATER WAS THE OFFICE MANAGER (MARK) WAS TALKING TO THE FRONT OFFICE PEOPLE ABOUT HOW BAD A PERSONS TEETH WERE. HE TALKED LOUD ENOUGH THAT I HEARD HIM. ONCE I HAD MY XRAYS DONE AND SAW THE DENTAL ASST AND DENTIST(WHICH WAS PLEASENT i SAW MARK ABOUT MY PAYMENT PLAN. HE WAS LIKE A USED CAR SALESMAN. I WILL NOT RETURN TO YOUR OFFICE AND WILL NOT REFER ANYONE THERE.

Aspen got me in quickly both times I needed them. They charged a fortune just for extractions that I could have had done by the VA. Dr. Estes treatment plan was considered virtually unworkable by the female Dr. that worked on me more recently, and who seemed to be far better at her job. I had to go back after the first time for continuing pain after they charged me $1400 and pulled 2 teeth. If you have insurance they will make you an appointment if you do not you have to pay 50% up front mark the manager has bad customer service.

Horrible customer service. The lady who took my x rays was very nice but I waited for over an hr. I Went in for jaw pain and tooth ache that has been bothering for months i couldnt eat or open my mouth barely. I saw that they had good reviews. I was told I can wait till a week later and to take asprin ( which ive been doing non stop) so I called back and told them im in extreme amounts of pain and was told to go to E.R. I do not understand why I went there to get help and was just told to go to the E.R. when I could have gon... read more

Keep your teeth intact and go somewhere else! Had a filling replaced and the dentist removed half of my tooth.
