Tried to schedule a cleaning for my wife and I. was told we would have to be evaluated first. Went in and was told I would I needed a deep cleaning which would be $138.00 after insurance paid. They had a dedicated person who just goes over payment options with you. I have never seen that at a dentist office before(red flag). Also I have never been told I needed a special cleaning before. to high price was there 30 minutes over 150 and that was with insurance
This is our second time trying Aspen. We first tried years ago the one at River City and didn't like the staff or the protocol there, not to mention the fees were astronomical. I just tried the one in Yulee, now years later, and had the same experience. The staff all had no personalities, didn't talk to me or make me feel comfortable, the first person who helped me was shocked I had to bring my kids with me. This is in regards to your Yulee, FL office: Please hire additional office help that is capable of doing more than taking a number for the one person that knows how to resolve anything (Samantha) to call you back. I cannot tell you how frustrating it has been for almost a year, to get things resolved when I call this office. I have had ongoing issues. Depends on where you live...so would never go there...read terrible reviews about several
Arrived for appt and waited approx 20 minutes. XRay and Dental hygienist tech was friendly. After cleaning waited approx 10 Mins for dentist to come in and check X-rays, etc. Only negative was getting to check out area. I had to wait in chair for approx 15 mins for the check out associate to be ready. Check out process was quick and easy. Would prefer not to spend 45 mins waiting when entire cleaning and dental process only took about 30 minutes.
They double booked me so I had to wait awhile before I was seen. And they were suppose to call me and tell me what my ins will pay and schedule an appt and has not called back
Not above board, also waited 1 1/2 pat appt time to be seen. Didn't do standard cleaning covered by insurance instead wanted to schedule follow up appt and charge over $200 for items not covered by insurance. Poor business practices
