The following is my experience with this office/organization; SCAM ALERT -We are new to the area; 14 months ago we moved here from California. Our Medi-Care plan offers a dental cleaning once a year. I saw the same dentist in CA every 6 months for the last 13 years, and have kept my dental health in good condition. I made an appointment last month with Aspen Dental for their required "check up/exam" so I could then get a basic cleaning. Went in for simple extraction, cost 267.00. Doctor made me feel like dirt, cause I could not afford any other work done.

My daughter is eight years old. I called to verify that Aspen was able to provide treatment for her cavaties and oral sedation if necessary as she has anxiety with dental offices. I was assured this would not be an issue and services would be provided. We made the appointment for the cleaning and x rays and were then referred out for her cavaties! I called in shock when I found out because my husband brought her, and was told by the receptionist that cleanings and exams are only done on children.... Really...... Well at leas... read more

I asked for acrylic dentures, received metal, waited over an Hour to get fitted, they told me I had an appointment, when I did not, they don't fit right & I can not eat with the piece in. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to be refitted. This place is in Yulee Fl. and my friends & customers know about the poor service they provide, oh & the desk help had NO clue as to when the denture would arrive. BS.

They are attempting to bill me for what was supposed to be a free consultation, and the dentist I saw spent a grand total of five minutes with me before rushing off to see another patient. I won't be back. There are plenty of other reputable dentists in the area, and I recommend anybody seeking dental evaluation and service look elsewhere.

Just moved to Florida, went in for my cleaning , staff was excellent and professional, I also have had some tooth missing from my partial for a while expensive to replace. The gave me the options of how I could replace then w manageable payment . Now I am getting my replacement. No other dentist had ever taken the time to give me the option . Thank you Aspen Dental.

Tried to schedule a cleaning for my wife and I. was told we would have to be evaluated first. Went in and was told I would need a deep cleaning which would be $138.00 after insurance paid. They had a dedicated person who just goes over payment options with you. I have never seen that at a dentist office before(red flag). Also I have never been told I needed a special cleaning before.
