Lucy is a very knowledgeable and helpful physio who gave me lots of advice and recommendations regarding my back pain. She answered all the questions I had and having followed her advice I am now feeling much better. Highly recommended.
Lucy was brilliant! She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything clearly. I was really worried about an injury I had but through her help I managed to understand what the issue was and after following her suggested exercises, the problem went away. I felt really reassured after my appointment and would definitely go back for any issues or check-ups! I would definitely recommend this physio :)

I had recently had two unplanned abdominal surgeries and was anxious about returning to exercise and wanting to do it correctly. Lucy was extremely helpful in aiding me with suitable exercises and helping me understand my body and its recovery process.
Lucy was very knowledgeable and made you feel at ease. Provided holistic advice, I would certainly recommend.
Lucy is amazing. I was in agony with my elbow when I first went to see her and thankfully she has sorted that at the same time as showing me exercises to help with my recovery. I have since had more treatment on my other shoulder which has resulted in her contacting my doctor requesting a referral to a consultant. I cannot thank Lucy enough for her care and attention.
