I have been a client of Lucy’s for many years. I cannot paise Lucy high enough. Not only has she treated my symptoms Lucy has also helped me overcome barriers I’ve had with health care. Lucy has not only cared for my physical conditions but also my general well-being.
I first saw Lucy in the early autumn. The smile that crossed her face as I explained my problem (piriformis related) immediately gave me confidence. She cured that one and then had another issue in December (knee) to help me with. In each case the details of what was going on and the exercises to cure, and prevent recurrence of, the issue were explained with complete clarity. Always reassuring and an education to see her. PS. Just off skiing!!
I’ve spent the last year or so trying to work out how to navigate ongoing lower back issues, and years before that never quite finding my way with exercise without getting injured. Just one appointment with Lucy taught me more about my body than all the various health professionals I’d been to see before. I’ve got lots of work to do, but I now feel supported and focused. 10/10 would recommend.

Kev basically saved my life. After a failed spinal op, two further spinal ops, and then contracting meningitis in hospital, I was left in no man's land, with physio after physio declining to see me as my case was so complex. The 'advice' from everyone I spoke to - doctors, consultants, pain specialists, physios was to lie down 23 hours a day and take multiple string painkillers.
