Lucy is very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, always makes a big difference in the appointment and follows up with exercises
After a holiday this year, I came home with a very painful left foot. I was advised to go to Lucy for Physio, she explained everything, did some treatment, gave me exercises to do. Fast forward , 3 weeks later, to my 2nd appointment. My foot is improving, and yippee I am allowed to go back to Zumba. Got an appointment very quickly and Lucy was friendly and efficient
I was fortunate to be recommended to consult Lucy, almost a year after having broken my right ankle for the second time. I had been told there was little prospect of improving the mobility in my ankle and reducing the chronic inflammation and stiffness I was experiencing. Thanks to Lucy’s exceptional knowledge and expertise, I have seen a significant improvement, which has greatly improved my quality of life. Highly recommended.
