Lucy is a very bubbly professional lady. She has explained in details the physical issues I have due to an old injury as well as how to manage these injuries. She has also provided various hands on treatments which has been amazing. Her positive outgoing personality has made me confident in embracing beginners pilates, weights other stretching exercise. Thanks Lucy.

Lucy is amazing!! She fills me with confidence that I can get my fitness back after a few years of inactivity. She is very realistic in her approach about what I can and can’t do. Lucy is amazing !! As I get older my aches and pains become, pardon the pun, a pain the the ar** - hips actually. Lucy gives me great 'training' tips - which invariably I fail to follow - so every few months she needs to perform her magic. After 'treatment' my dog walk is so much more comfortable - and takes less time

It was such a pleasure to meet her & her approach is exceptionally professional. In a quick period of time, she has helped treat the problem & gave me exercises to do at home. I have been to see Lucy several times now over several years. She has always identified my problem and treated it appropriately. Her approach is professional, reassuring and helpful….never making appointments if you don’t need them and ready to suggest exercises that can be managed at home. I have recommended her to my friends, old and young, and they have been very grateful too.
I've been using Athletica and Lucy for a number of years and they have always been excellent at diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care. From a badly torn hamstring to recent back and shoulder issues, Lucy has provided excellent treatment and training programmes to aid recovery and prevent future issues. Occasionally very painful but always done with a smile!
Superb as always. Vani is a great physio, clearly identifying the problems and treating them both at the time and by way of ongoing exercises and other treatment at home. Highly recommend.
