I've seen Dr. Jain for last few years, he's always helpful, realistic , caring,, available when I had a concern about my vision. The office is busy, all of the other staff are professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The office atmosphere is comfortable, lots of space.
I’ve had a difficult case he’s worked with me. He tells me everything that I need to know. He communicates extremely well. He’s very patient. Very thorough keeps great notes and you can tell. He cares very much about his patience. I am extremely pleased to have him as my doctor and recommend him very very highly.
I am a long-term patient of Dr. Jain and will be indefinitely so I am thankful for the care and compassion he possesses.
Dr. Jain is exceptional. Very thorough and calms me in a very stressful situation. I had 8 retinal tears due to a Vitreous Detachment, and he guided me through all the ups and downs. I trust him completely.
The visit itself was great and the doctor was great. My only complaint is what it took to make an appointment. What if the options the automated attendant is offering don’t work for you? What you can’t drive to Hillcrest? What if you made an appointment in one facility, but now you found out that you can go earlier at another? You have to leave a message and hope that you are available when you get a call back. Otherwise it’s the same drill.
A very caring and bright doctor. I have no professional affiliation with this doctor. I worked at a UCLA medical clinic for 25 years performing psychological diagnostics. I’ve dealt with numerous doctors and Dr Jain is in the top 3 in my humble opinion.
Takes his time, answers all questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable and explains everything. Extremely thorough. Staff is the same!!!
It is apparent that Dr. Jain cares for his patients, not just treats them. I have been going to his practice for years and I have always respected him and his staff. He is professional, knowledgable and I trust his advice. Also, the 'sisters' are a great asset to his practice.
Staff very friendly and efficient. Very nice waiting rooms. Dr Jain is thorough and concerned. You never feel rushed.
