From the front office to the technicians and nurses, I found everyone very patient, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Jain was obviously extremely knowledgeable and patiently took the time to explain my options for treatment and what the risks and rewards were. Due to wet macular degeneration I have been treated at Dr. Jain's office for many years. Both he and the entire staff make the entire visit pleasing.
I have been going to Dr Jain for years.He is an exceptional person/Dr.Extremely knowledgeable,kind,compassionate and gentle.He spends as much time as it takes to answer all your questions and explains everything thoroughly.The office staff is also very good.
I like that Dr. Jain will explain in great detail, especially if you ask, what the prognosis is. He also takes the time to give you options to your care. Dr. Jain is friendly and professional as well, so you really get the sense that he genuinely cares for your well-being.
Every appointment with Dr. Jain is great. His staff make you feel comfortable any at ease. Doctor explains everything in great detail and makes you feel comfortable. Always a pleasure every time.
Dr. Jain was a breath of fresh air. Answered all my questions, spent time with me and the appointment wasn’t rushed. The staff members are very nice, too. All in all, a very positive experience with a very kind doctor.

Unlike my previous ophthalmologist, who was often rushed between patients, Dr. Jain takes his time with me as if to know me better as a person. I have great confidence in his treatment.
