The staff are extremely friendly, very informed and comforting with myself. Dr. Jain is wonderful, especially during treatment, he tells informative stories, light hearted talk, asked about things about me, all to lighten the fear I have dealing with the injections. Just great in all aspects
Dr Atul explains everything very carefully. He takes time to answers all your questions without hurrying off to the next patient. Also has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Love the guy.
Dr. Jain treats the entire patient. He pays attention to all issues with my health. He explains the issues with my eyes clearly. I feel like we are partners in my healthcare. I trust his professional expertise, his ability to communicate to me, and his care. I am grateful he is my Retinologist.
He is always thorough and very informative. He explains things very well. He also spends time with you The only comment I would make is that he is not on time. You need to plan on spending an hour to an hour and a half for an appointment.
