Verified Renter Overall great community, love updated apartments and the clubhouse, just be careful if you choose an apartment next to I-75 due road noise can be annoying.

Verified Renter I have been a resident for about ten years. Having an apartment with seven windows makes it very house-like. I enjoy the nature areas, the birds, deer, and other wildlife that wander by. The current owner has made many nice and much-needed improvements.
Verified Renter This apartment community is excellent -friendly,responsive to our needs, great location and pet friendly allows almost all breeds. Also very updated floor designs at reasonable Costs. Excellent clubhouse,fitness/spa-new updated equipment , pool, nature surroundings, dog parks . Very satisfied and highly recommend
Nice Place to Live I'm pretty happy with my experience living at Auburn Gate. The community is beautiful and the clubhouse, main office, and gym are newly renovated. They have renovated apartments as well, but they are more expensive than the older styles. I hope this changes soon. Overall the apartments are well cared for and pretty quite. We are right next to the freeway which generates some noise, but I'm so used to it I don't even notice it anymore. Overall, I highly recommend.

Very Nice Place! My wife and I have lived in this complex for almost 6 years now. The complex has changed hands a few times since we moved in, but I like the current owners. They've done well keeping up the place, though there are a few areas that still could be improved. The apartments themselves are quiet and cozy, and if you have the money the refurbished apartments look amazing. I, unfortunately, do not, but even the cheaper apartments are still very nice. Great staff, beautiful complex We have lived here for 2 years and it has been nothing but a good experience. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help. Maintenance responds quickly. All the facilities are well kept including the huge pool, workout room, tennis court, volleyball court, and club house. Would recommend this to anyone!

Great place I have lived at Auburn Gate for 2 years and it has been great! Management is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to respond. The amenities are really nice. There is a sand volleyball court, tennis court, pool, clubhouse, fitness center, vegetable/herb garden, and a small lake with a deck. All are well maintained. No issues with noise or loud neighbors.

Awesome Ammenties! Management and staff has made our experience living here warm and comfortable. They are quick to respond to any maintenance issues we may have. Apartments are spacious and very nice; we stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath enhanced unit and we will likely renew.
