Great, No Pressure Environment Josh was great, and so we're everyone else there. A lot of car lots put pressure on people to do this or that, but I didn't experience that. The finance guy showed me options for "packages" but didn't make me feel like I had to peruse. Thank You! We had my son and they had snacks and a coloring book for him. Long time coming for my first Audi I have owned number of Acuras and other high and cars but always wanted to get into an Audi. Elvir was really easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and the questions he did not know how to answers, Elvir was able to find. The Q7 is by far the best car I have ever owned.
