I went to see if I could get another dose of simparica trio because we had a mouse problem and the mice ate her last 2 doses so I asked if I could get the price of a single dose and I was told by the hospital manager because I inactivated my account (I haven’t set the dog up at any other clinic) I have to find somewhere else so I asked if I could just reactivate her account and was told “it is best to find a different clinic.” I have Been taking my dog here for the past 8 months (since she was 8 weeks old) this was completel... read more
they have a kennel attendant there who keeps her personal dog outside, all day, everyday like a lawn ornament. She talks about what a nuisance her dog is BECAUSE SHE DIDNT TRAIN IT and how she'll only bring the poor thing inside when its raining or snowing. I'm sorry but I would NOT let ANYONE who ABUSES THEIR DOG to TOUCH MINE or EVEN BE WITHIN 100 YARDS of mine!! How disgusting!! What does she do to your dogs when you're not around to see?!
They gave my lab an injection that labs cannot tolerate. Didn’t even do bloodwork to check & make sure all was good before the injection. I miss the old crew at Augusta valley. That was our last time going there.
Refused to do International Pet Health Certificates because of laziness, ignorance, and understaffing. Would not help after asking if changing flights and accommodating their busy schedule would allow additional time for completion. It’s clear the vet and manager could care less about the well being of two kittens and had prejudice against a biracial trans woman.
Don’t get me wrong the vets are great, but with Covid they don’t let you go back with your pets in and emergency situations. I have a dog with seizures we had him on meds but he was having break through seizures in clusters. I was so worried I took him right away but they wouldn’t let me go back with him he’s timid two hours In the parking lot.
