My dogs are their dogs. They love my dogs the way they love their own. The entire staff is so compassionate and understanding. They take all things into consideration when determining a treatment plan for our dogs. They were especially kind when our family had to make some very difficult decisions. I would not take my animals anywhere else.
My little Lulu was having difficulties walking on her hind legs again.. so instead of taking her back to our regular vet , we decided to try AVAH. Our previous vet never could figure out the problem. We did about 5 visits to no avail , no diagnosis. So like I say we went to AVAH , we were a walk in waited a bit but I was very happy when I left .. with in 15 mins the vet seen her walk and knew exactly what it was Luxating Patella. I want to thank the staff at Augusta Valley Animal Hospital for all they did to try to save Sophia also like to Thank VA Tech Veterinaries, Augusta Medical Center lab technicians and the toxicology techs for all they did to help our baby girl! Dr. Brad Good did all he could do to figure out what was wrong with our girl. They let us back in the treatment room with her while they had IV's and oxygen on her. My family and I have been bringing our pets here since 1988 and we moved to the area. The staff is so caring and kind. I couldn't ask for a better place to bring my baby girl!
