I want to thank everyone who sqeezed our Loki in today. We were hectic and they did everything they could to figure out what was going on with him and reassure us he'd be okay. The staff and Doctor Robertson were nothing but sweet and understanding. We haven't been happy with our usual vet for a while now. We will be switching all four of our pets over. Thank you all SO much!

Worst veterinary clinic that I've ever been to or have done business with. I took my dog there in September of 2015 to get neutered. The neutering itself was fine, but the customer service experience was awful!!! When they finally sent over his medical records via email, they made sure to hand write on them "DOG WILL BITE", "HASN'T PAID... read more

Horrible experience today with the office manager Laura. the lack of compassion she showed towards me during an emergency with my cat makes me question the compassion she would show an animal. her defensive reaction to my attempt to resolve the situation only compounded this miserable experience. There are too many other vets available to be subjected to this behavior.

If you just want normal vaccines, I guess this is acceptable to go to... But for us we are abandoning this vet altogether. Took our lab mix (1 year old) into this vet a year ago because she had red and itchy skin and ears. We were feeding her food I was a bit concerned about her eating because I had a feeling that was one of the root causes, her being allergic to one of the ingredients in the food. The doctor we had "diagnosed" her with a yeast problem and I mentioned the food we were feeding her and he looked at me like I h... read more
