Aurora Animal Hospital is one of the worst hospital! we toke two of my carrier terriers in and the technician didn't do the exam properly also thoroughly. We toke our dogs to another hospital and they did the exam properly. they have found lumps underneath the armpits also found another problem. this drove me off the walls.... went back to Aurora animal hospital. requested my money back and also talk to the manager. found out the manager is the owner of Aurora Animal hospital and the technician was his son. the owner was a ... read more
I absolutely love this office. They take such good care of our 6 dachshunds Grandpa Midnight, Mom and Dad Saroon and Buddy Boo, and babies Lulu, Ringo and Chloe. Their hours are so convenient and they check on us with every procedure. This is the place to take your loved one.
My Doberman Callie had a stomach bug, and they were the only place we could get in. They were so sweet to my big baby. Such great customer service and very knowledgeable. At the same time I didn’t feel like they were pushing sales. They diagnosed correctly as well. She felt better in 24 hours. Thank you for that! They will forever be our new vet. Also, like I said my Doberman is very scared and intimidating. They showed the upmost love and care to her.
I am so thankful for Aurora Animal Hospital. My little pug got an eye infection of course during the holiday week and absolutely no vet office could get him in until mid December or longer. His eye was so swollen and you could tell he was in pain so I had to figure something out but didn’t want to spend a lot of money on an emergency visit elsewhere. My older baby has acl issues. When he injured his other leg, they got him in quickly and are priced very well. Dr.Garrison didn’t pressure me to do anything I didn’t want to and made sure all of my concerns were met. One of the best visits I have ever had. We will be only taking our babies here from now on!!
I have nothing but praise for this place. They are friendly, informative, loving to my pet and thorough. The facility is kept clean.
This clinic is super great. Everyone is very friendly and they have your fur baby's best care in mind. They didn't try to take advantage of me. I have a senior dog with a heart condition and he requires some extra attention in a few areas. They were very attentive, got us in quickly, charged a lot less money than the other big animal hospital we used to go to in the area, and they were very accommodating. Thank you for being our new Animal Hospital Home!
