This is the MOST caring animal hospital I have ever seen. They care so much about all animals and their families. And they always give you a follow up call to see how everyone is. They are just GREAT.
Before switching to Aurora Animal Hospital a month ago, we were loyal to another vet clinic just outside of the Aurora/Centennial area because of the founding veterinarian. Founding veterinarian retired and their staff blew me off as non urgent when one of my German Shepherds had a possible bleeding eye. I was so taken aback by their flat affect (and never mind our loyalty and dollars for seeking care for our 3 dogs and 3 cats over 4 years!!) I can’t say enough good things about Aurora Animal Hospital. The staff is friendly, the vets are kind and knowledgeable, they provide excellent care and all for an affordable price. You can’t ask for better! I have had some bad luck with my ball pythons recently and Dr. Willems is absolutely fantastic. If you need an outstanding exotic, and overall, vet clinic this is your place!
Today we had to put down my wheaten terrier molly. The love and support that came from this facility was far above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past. We have been taking our fur kids here for about a year and a half now. The entire staff is amazing. I can always tell how much they care for the animals they see. Last Saturday, I brought in my sweet kitty, Chewie, because she was sick. Dr. Drozdz spent about 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong. She kept me constantly updated on what was being tried. They are kind, caring and compassionate. If there is an urgent visit needed they fit you in.
We bring our 2 red eared sliders to see Dr. Willems. She is gentle, kind and knows so much about turtles. We drive out of our way to come here for the best care. We bring our dog here too, and everyone who has seen him has been wonderful. The techs are all very caring and friendly, and we have never had to wait long to be taken into a room and seen. I highly recommend Aurora Animal Hospital, especially for anyone with reptiles/exotics.
