Austin was fantastic to work with and super professional as well as very personable. This was my fourth time dealing with a home mortgage, and he was by far the best agent I had the pleasure of working with. Personal situation that I had to do this to survive so nothing to do with Mutual of Omaha assuming my payoffs are made on the next business day 2/3/25. Austin was superb in understanding my needs and guiding me through the first step of our plan.
