There were times when I had to ask what the next steps were because too much time went by. The amount of time it took to gaterh all the documents took to long because they kept adding to the list. I understand that life happens, but there should be a backup for the person if they have to take a leave of absensen and that should be comunicated. I shouldn't have to ask.
