Megan was awesome Megan was great and kept in constant communication throughout the whole process. I was super excited to see they use credit unions for lenders. The process was fast and easy and I am saving thousands of dollars. I would recommend this. Ps 1 stars on here seem to be from applicants who don’t understand the intention of lending services like this one. So do your research first before deciding if this or your financial institution is better for you. I’m super happy this option was available for refinance

Easy process Very quick response. Good customer service. Maybe a little aggressive on the add ons... warranty, gap etc. But I get it, its a sales job and we can say no.
