They made the process extremely easy to understand and I honestly couldnt be happier with our agent Caidan, they were extremely patient and polite explaining everything, and helping get all information and documentation together, I dont think I have ever worked with a nicer and more professional customer service representative than them!!!
It was satisfying I didn’t get the rate that Credit Karma said I qualify for but I did get refinanced and the representative Cory was amazing.
