Ryan W did a great job with helping me refinance my auto loan. He demonstrated great customer service and did a excellent job answering any questions I had.
Things have not been completed yet with the loan payoff and it has been nearly 2 months later. Connor will not return our call or email. New lender still hasn't been made lienholder since they haven't fixed things with Harley Davidson.

The process from start to finish was flawless and very easy. I appreciated the low stress and ease of communication with Ryan W., being able to contact via text, phone or email was SO nice. I have recommended him to two friends who are looking into buying vehicles. They were able to get my rate down by almost half! My only complaint would be the requirement for some wet signatures that had to be mailed. I absolutely would use again & will continue to recommend.
