Autopay is so nice I chose it twice! I chose auto pay to refinance two of my car loans. I thought the prices would be stressful but each of the staff members were very patient and helpful. They were both very eager to assist me and streamlined the entire process.
Not what was expected. A lot of personal foot work, but worth it in the end. I would recommend, just know you'll need everything in order.

Concierge customer service at its best David, the representative that worked with me was extremely professional, pleasant and patient with me. He walked me thru the process that only took a little over a week to finalize. Saving over $200 a month allows me the flexibility to pay off the loan sooner. Thanks Dave for all you do.
