Jody was great! The quickest refinance I have even experienced. Jody was friendly and knowledgeable. My refinance was under a week and I don’t have a payment for 60 days! Very impressed with how easy this was!
Needs to better explain things Process was quick and lower payment but longer time. Was not explained that I didn’t need to get warranty because I already had one and so even though I can drop it for cash refund it’s still costing me in the long run with my payments and Interest.
