Stephane is the BEST!!!! The entire process was very professional and in a timely manor Stephanie always communicated / keep me informed and if I had any questions she would explain everything !!!

Overall Great Overall a great process. I appreciated my loan specialist and her ability to answer my questions and get back to me right away. She explained the process and answered every question. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because is was a longer process than anticipated. The notary requirement was a huge hassle and there were some problems with some documents and reimbursements but Rachel was able to get things sorted out with her manager. Working with Autopay was great— very fast process Autopay itself was extremely helpful and easy to deal with and Matt was wonderful! I haven’t dealt with the new finance company yet but fingers crossed— rate really was over 50% less as well as the monthly payment so promises were kept!
