I had a great experience. I was looking to lower my monthly payments and through them I got the best rates. My loan specialist was patient and very thorough. He walked me through every step and I was able to get fully funded within weeks (honestly would have been quicker but I was slow completing steps). I found the process pretty simple as well. Dealing with financing is never a fun but I will say my specialist was great to work with and kept it stress free
