Smooth process. It took a little longer than expected for delivery of truck. The price was not the lowest, or the highest, just right in the middle. Customer service was easy to reach with quick response time. Our freight driver Ben L. was awesome. We were able to get real time updates from Ben via cell phone.
Montway put me in touch with their driver and the next day I had my car delivered directly to my Home. Smooth transaction and the driver was very polite and personable.APlus Plus.
Highly recommend Montway Transport Services to anyone needing to have a car shipped. From shipping estimate until delivery was under 5 days. I contacted them on Monday for a shipping estimate and by Thursday I had my suv. I had spoken with another Auto transport provider but it was going to be at least 10-12 days before they could even find a truck. I had a pleasant experience dealing with Montway Transport. It was easy and I quickly used the App to schedule my vehicle being picked up in Texas and safely delivered to my niece in Detroit. The cost was the most competitive of the transport companies I researched. The last transport is the fourth I used over the last 30+ years. I was pleased with Montway and will recommend them to friends should they ever need to transport a vehicle across the country.

Pleasant to deal with. Overall did a very good job. Only thing that caught me by surprise was the pickup day. They arrived without any confirmation when they'd be there. Not a big deal in my case. Delivery end there was lots of communication.
