Our car made it from CA to FL in no time and overall the process was super easy and the driver was great. The price was also reasonable and a few hundred cheaper than the other large movers.
Montway made cross country transport of our vehicle easy and painless. They were clear about the process and the price. After I called a representative to discuss the rest was electronic and simple. I was informed when a trucker driver was assigned and that continued at intervals throughout, from vehicle pick up and delivery. The process of setting this up was very easy. I only gave 4 stars because I was given a guaranteed window of two days for pick up and had explained the need for the second day to be earlier in the day as I had a flight out that afternoon. I was assured that this would be passed on to driver and would not be a problem at all (by multiple people). Mont way auto transport was a very surprising experience for us. I couldn’t of been happier they could’ve been nicer. The customer service was perfect the person who transported the car was wonderful and personable. They kept their promise and the delivery was on time. So I gave them a perfect score and would recommend them to everyone I talk to.
If only every company I have to deal with was as great as your company you brought me beautiful and very expensive Mercedes maybach in perfect condition promptly as promised and being able to connect with the great driver was very important to me. I would very highly recommend your company To everyone looking to transport a car and again the driver was great to work with
