I did lot of research, Montway came up on top many times. Also recommended by AAA. Montway was not the lowest quote, but was able to ship during a holiday week on relatively short notice. Car arrived in perfect condition. nice, courteous, professional driver who it turns out does this route often.

When another company fell through at the last minute, I called Montway. They picked up on time, dropped off early, and did a great job with my car. Great job!

I had received a quote form another company I used 3 months before. They dropped the ball by being condescending and rude while trying to finalize transpo. I contacted Montway who were able to ship car in same time for less money that initial company. Driver was great and suv was delivered with no problems!

Montway has good customer service follow up and most of the time they would contact you first. I was not happy with them asking for more money for enclosed transport that never happened and then I lost time because they made the assumption that enclosed is all I wanted when that was “their” suggestion.! Once the transport process actually took place delivery service was great!

I'd read a lot of horror stories about car shipping brokers. But Montway did a great job for me in shipping my classic car from Indiana to Montana. They quoted me a mid-range figure up front and stuck to it through out the process. Other firms had higher prices with "guarantees," but Montway just met its reasonable quote. The only real weakness was that there wasn't any communication with Montway once the car had been handed off to the truck driver. I had a cross country move of my vehicle. Montway found a transporter, communicated with me and the process was flawless. The pick up and delivery of my vehicle was the easiest part of the move. I would recommend that the vehicle transport services begin using tracking services. I had no idea where my vehicle was at any time. It would have been helpful to be able to track it.

But due to complications and regulations within our specific industry type, there are many hurdles to leap before that could ever be standard. I was running out of time and had to find a transport company that can move my car from Seattle to Houston before Christmas 2020. Got quotes from several companies and Montway gave me a fair price. Other companies gave cheaper prices but could not fulfill the requested date of transporting my car. Overall, we had a great experience. Good communication and quick delivery. No damage to the car. Drop off and delivery couldn’t be done at the house since the truck was too large, but it wasn’t a big deal and we were able to do the drop off/pick up nearby our house.
When I booked transportation I needed to give a pickup window. I wanted a enclosed carrier and I was located in a less populated state. This being my first transport I was worried daily prior to pickup date. I called the contact person and was reassured all ok. Sure enough, driver called a few days prior and pick up as promised and delivery was right on time.
