I had a great experience with Montway. I had a unique shipping situation where I was not able to be present for pick up or drop off and they handled everything perfectly. My vehicle was picked up 2 days after I submitted my order which was amazing because of a time crunch I was in. Price was fair and reasonable. Communication from the driver and customer service through the company was amazing!!

First off I'll say everyone at Montway was nice. Montway however is just a broker. I could have hired the same driver from another website and saved myself $700. Montway didn't do anything special, in fact the driver was 2 days late. I had to pay entirely upfront. The driver didn't work for Montway, he was an independent so I didn't really deal with Montway anyway.

I had two of my motorcycles transported from Northern California to central North Carolina. Bikes showed up on pallets designed for motorcycles, well secured, and no damage. Yes I would use Montway again.
