its not often in this day and age you receive service that is that of a small town, good people that actually care and asnwer the phone! thank you, Montway!! our driver was LOVELY, constantly in touch, friendly, professional and helpful. i will definitely be a return customer

We shipped from Los Angeles to Georgia it took about four days the driver Eric kept us informed on when he would arrive and where. I would use again and refer to others.

Montway was easy and helpful from start to finish. The carrier I was assigned (kwik trans) was on time, communicated well, and took care of my car. I used an enclosed trailer, which had a few high value performance cars, which showed to me that people trust their service. Also, understand two things - Montway is just the broker, not the transporter, and the time window is an estimate. Thank you for the great review, John. Absolutely correct with the estimates. Auto transport is a niche industry and does not have the resources to have trucks waiting. Due to this, trucks are pretty much always on the move unless the driver is on break. Because of this, we have to estimate dates as it's possible the driver could be earlier or later in their arrival times. I am extremely happy with Montway transport, for moving my Mazda from Maryland to Oregon. I do want to pass-on a couple of my lessons-learned, because this was the first, and probably last time I will ever do a vehicle transport across the country. First, the driver is either driving his big rig, shuffling a number of cars to get one off or on, or trying to get a little food to eat... not answering your test message.The driver will get back to you... be patient. We're talking hundreds of calls and messages every day. Keep in mind they are also driving an 80,000lb truck with various properties on it. I was hesitant about using a broker due to some pretty bad reviews I read online. However, Montway had so many 5 star reviews on this site, Google reviews, and with the BBB. The fact that they actually have accreditation with the BBB, with an A+ rating, put me over the top to put my trust in them. Before booking with them, I did an online chat session and all my questions were answered and my concerns alleviated. Once I booked my transport, they had it scheduled within a day.
