AutoStar was very responsive when they transported my car. They were also very efficient. All through the process I was carried along and even the driver gave me first hand information and I knew exactly when my car was to get to the destination.

Great service. The driver kept me in the loop as to when he would arive. He was on time picking my vehicle up. He dropped it off the next day to my son at his job.

I picked AutoStar Transport Express off of the internet and I'm glad I did. Their prices were fair, they arrived exactly when they said they wood, and they dropped my car off exactly when they said they would. Their main booking representative was polite and kept me informed of everything. I transported a vintage Mercedes and I was very concerned about the safety of the car. I needed to ship my vehicle last minute from Hawaii to the mainland. Juan at auto star went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Once I dropped my car off at the port, I had peace of mind through their tracking and communication that my car would arrive on time and in the same condition. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by AutoStar Transport. The entire experience went exactly as outlined in advance. The car was picked up on a Thursday in NH and delivery took place on Sunday in Florida. As promised, the driver called me and we arranged a location. The swap took place, I paid the fee and examined the car and drove home. It could not have been easier!
