Customer service was very good. All questions were answered, and the order process was easy. The transaction to the Carrier, vehicle pickup, transportation and drop off was completed without any issue.

I was a little nervous shipping my SUV to Puerto Rico because I never ship a car to Puerto Rico or tranported a car in USA. The service and the process was truly amazing they picked my SUV on a flatbed from my home, NJ. In a few days my SUV was in Jacksonville Florida. I shopped around for a full month for vehicle shipping. Price ranges from $600-1300. I called both lowball companies to save some money and the "best of the best" hoping I could get a good delivery date. I did not get ANY drivers with any of the top companies, then my wife-to-be found this company. I called to setup the pickup and deliver. The process was very easy to handle. The communication was very good in detail. The delivery was just in time like AutoStar Transport Express predicted. We got the forklift unload it by the driver and we used the forklift right after. We thank you AutoStar Trasport Express employees for the great service.

Great service and great communication. They transported my car safely from Utah to Colorado and for a great price. Would definitely use AutoStar transport again.
