I needed to ship my vehicle last minute from Hawaii to the mainland. Juan at auto star went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Once I dropped my car off at the port, I had peace of mind through their tracking and communication that my car would arrive on time and in the same condition. I really appreciate everything this transport company did for me and would recommend anyone to use them if you want a smooth and easy shipment process!!

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by AutoStar Transport. The entire experience went exactly as outlined in advance. The car was picked up on a Thursday in NH and delivery took place on Sunday in Florida. As promised, the driver called me and we arranged a location. The swap took place, I paid the fee and examined the car and drove home. It could not have been easier!

Everyone I spoke to was quite friendly and I didn’t have any hassles. Overall, the service was smooth and I would book my transportation with them again.

Excellent service. Specifically scheduling Driver to pick up the Car was prompt and informative. Transport driver called at both locations, Pick Up and Drop Off on time and in well advance.

My experience with Autostar Transport Express was GREAT!! Transported my GMC Sierra and Jetski together from New Jersey to San Diego, CA. They were on time for pick up and drop off and there was clear communication through the whole process. They were on time, slight language barrier with the drivers but the vehicle was shipped according to our agreement with no damage and arrived when expected. Alan did a nice job for us scheduling.

This was the first time I had ever shipped a car. I was very nervous about not knowing the process. Daniel was informative and helpful in explaining how it works. Drop off was painless, quick and easy. They took great care of my car and it arrived earlier than expected. Very happy I chose to go with them.

I had crashed my car to the pole, and it was very slippery and road was covered ice. I didn't what to do, how to transport my car back to my home(its expensive), because it was like 120 miles away from my home. I have called Autostar. Still I can't believe that they helped to transport my car for only$400, and its 120 miles distance. I will definitely will use them again and recommend it. Great service, and best prices in country so far!!
