This is the 3rd time in 5 years we have used AutoStar Transport Express to ship a car from WI to CA. We worked with Juan all three times and the transport (car hauler) driver has been the same person as well. Juan's customer service is beyond compare, he is very kind and professional. We needed to be somewhat flexible on arrival in CA due to weather, but the driver was able to deliver the car on time with no issues. I would recommend AutoStar, Juan and his team to everyone. AutoStar kept clear communication during the whole process from start to finish. Their prices are reasonable and service as excellent. My vehicle got to the final destination within the stated timeframe. If I had to ship another vehicle, I will definitely use AutoStar again. Highly recommend! Thank you AutoStar.

So within three days I had two vehicles picked up (enclosed) from FL and delivered to VA within 24 hours. Then another vehicle brought back in 72 hrs.

AutoStar was very responsive when they transported my car. They were also very efficient. All through the process I was carried along and even the driver gave me first hand information and I knew exactly when my car was to get to the destination.

Great service. The driver kept me in the loop as to when he would arive. He was on time picking my vehicle up. He dropped it off the next day to my son at his job.

I picked AutoStar Transport Express off of the internet and I'm glad I did. Their prices were fair, they arrived exactly when they said they wood, and they dropped my car off exactly when they said they would. Their main booking representative was polite and kept me informed of everything. I transported a vintage Mercedes and I was very concerned about the safety of the car.
