My vehicle was picked up when promised and delivered on time as expected, no damage to vevicle. I am ver pleased with the tremendously postivetivity provided by my carrier transporter.

Overall I felt the service was good outside of the two times I had to reach out because my contact had not sent the proper forms to proceed in the step. First: I was at the port dropping off and didn’t have my booking confirmation although I was booked & paid. Second: when paying for taxes I had to request my bill of lading, unfortunately it was a weekend, had to wait

Very happy with overall experience and accommodation the company had with pick up and delivery of my 2 vehicles from California to Virginia. They were extremely professional and courteous driver even waited for me while cash was picked up from the bank to pay for drop off. Will definitely use this transport service again in the future.

Overall I was happy with the service BUT Juan did not follow up directly with the booking confirmation nor the bill of lading, I had to request these. At the port I was requested to come back 1.5 hours later simply because they were going to lunch and Juan had not previously sent the booking confirmation; they graciously held the door open as I waited for Juan to send the booking confirmation, he assured me to relax, all will be okay, but he wasnt in my situation. I contacted Auto Transport to pickup my vehicle from the Dealer in Atlanta and Bring it to Cleveland. Job well done in under a week! Very communicative and professional. My son just bought a truck from Montana. We are calling them!
