I have truly enjoyed my experience with Auto Star! It was quick and easy to set up the transport order and they got me the car a lot quicker than other logistics companies I have used. Demetri Valerga was my transport coordinator , he was professional and great with taking care of our needs as well as timeframe. I would highly suggest AutoStar and Demetri!

I had a very positive experience with AutoStar. Even though the first carrier they booked for me had an emergency and had to cancel, they never stopped working to find an alternative. Due to that carrier cancelling my pick up was a few days later than originally planned, but my car arrived a day earlier than the final estimate. The customer service team at AutoStar was fantastic. They always answered all of my many questions very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Autostar went above and beyond to meet my need. My son was out processing out of the USAF and our truck was broke down on the base, 6.5 hours away. We had to have a majorly quick turn around and Autostar pulled it off! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family, not only for they speedy response but their customer service has been great, as well!

Our coordinator Manny, from the start was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Our driver that dropped off the vehicle was super friendly and provided excellent service as well. Would definitely recommend and use Auto Transport again in the future.

Price was reasonable. My car got picked up a day later and had a hick up with drop off as well but, overall not a bad experience for the price. Just make sure to leave couple days of wiggle room for pick up and drop off.

Pick up and drop off we're on time. The staff was very helpful and informative (sorry I didn't remember any names). The service was great all around.

I would say that it was an excellent experience working with Autostar in shipping my car from West coast to East coast. They delivered it on time without a single scratch or delay in the transport. Tony( the Manager ) was very promptful an easily available on Phone and email.
