I had to ship my car from California to Virginia and was shopping around on Google as it was my first time. The transportation experience was really wonderful and was stress free. Great customer service and support at a great price. I was kept well informed on when my vehicle would be picked up and when it would be delivered.I was very pleased with Autostar and would definitely use them again in the future.

Overall, I had a very good experiencing transporting my auto from Florida to NY. The staff was very polite, helpful and followed up for any concerns or questions that I had. The car arrived timely and in the condition I left it in. Very satisfied.

I’m a traveling nurse and I have a 13 week contract in Gallup, New Mexico. I availed their service and they shipped my car from Miami to New Mexico in a timely manner. (About a week) There was a snow storm during that time and I couldn’t drive long distance. The transaction was fairly quick, price is decent enough and much more convenient for me. My car arrived safely! The fee seemed reasonable compared to driving cross country and incurring gas, hotel and food expenses. Only glitch was the transport carrier was a day later than my requested date in picking up the vehicle. I was already gone so it was cumbersome to leave the car unattended somewhere with the keys inside. That made me a little edgy. But it all worked out. And I would recommend AutoStar.

They are very nice and they let you know what’s going on and when you call them they help you out with any questions or problems you have and they let you know what going on. I will used them again and I will refer them to any person who needs the services.
