The service team was very responsive when working on the transportation of my vehicle. They followed up and made sure all aspects of the transportation were covered. Of no fault of AutoStar, my vehicle did receive scratches from the transportation process. I had heard of this as a common issue when using a company that places vehicles in containers.

I moved to Alaska and needed to ship my car from California. I believe it took 3 weeks. I had so many questions but autostar did so well in answering all my questions. They helped book my order and made the whole process very easy. I was afraid at first that this was a scam but I really researched and called around for the best quote and autostar was the best option for me.

The process was easy and everyone I communicated with were great! Alex the driver was great!! Yasmin was great too! My truck was pretty dirty when It arrived, but i realize the weather was bad. Otherwise the 2 trucks arrived with no problems.

I received excellent service and my car arrived the same day! I was suppose to receive it the next day but the driver called and texted and ask if I wanted it the same day because he was 2 hours away from my home. He was very professional and courteous. Everyone was very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend this company for your transport needs.

Everything went smooth, super nice driver, would regiment 10/10, and will probably be using again in the future. I was given one of the best quotes, and they didn’t try to change the quote like other companies.
