Overall, I'm very pleased with AutoStar Transport Express. They're excellent, and their service is cost-effective. They safely transported my Toyota Camry from Pennsylvania to Oregon state, even though my delivery address had changed to 4-5 miles away from the original address when it arrived. From the very start to the end of service, the staff: the agent Allan Iberlucea, transport coordinator Nicole, and JP the driver were all efficient and honest with their words and on time! Highly recommended!!! They all deserve an A++ service!!

Autostar Transport found a carrier for my vehicle and it was received at the delivery destination even earlier than scheduled with no issues. Communication was solid. I would contact again.

Overall amazing experience. Very fast responses, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They found a driver VERY fast and I received my vehicle much sooner than I expected. I spoke with multiple providers but AutoStar made me feel the most confident.

Everything was great though there was some miscommunication. When I scheduled the date for “pickup” I thought it was the day the driver was coming, apparently this was the first day they would start looking for a driver. Because of this my car was not picked up until AFTER I had already flown to my new destination. I had to ship my car from California to Virginia and was shopping around on Google as it was my first time. The transportation experience was really wonderful and was stress free. Tony answered all the questions that I had, and I believe it was Mila who called twice to keep me updated regarding finding a carrier. The carrier was very polite and delivered the vehicle on time. Great customer service and support at a great price. I was kept well informed on when my vehicle would be picked up and when it would be delivered.I was very pleased with Autostar and would definitely use them again in the future.

Overall, I had a very good experiencing transporting my auto from Florida to NY. The staff was very polite, helpful and followed up for any concerns or questions that I had. The car arrived timely and in the condition I left it in. Very satisfied.
