Demetri Valerga was highly responsive and transparent about the vehicle transport process from the start. The industry as a whole can feel a bit unscrupulous. Demetri displayed honesty and integrity throughout my experience. The call center reps were amazing and diligent. The driver was professional, courteous and met the timelines. I appreciate Demetri and his team's efforts to make my experience a positive one and deliver my SUV in great time. I would use AutoStar Transport Express again without hesitation.

The driver was very friendly and accurate with his pickup and arrival times. Be aware that the price quote may change if you do not booked the trip within a specific window.

Service outstanding, communication excellent. Driver kept us posted on delivery time and was very flexible. Autostart kept us in the loop at all times while initially trying to find a transport hauler.

The service was great. The customer service was on top of their communication and the car shipped in about 2 weeks. The car was left with them in perfect condition and it arrived on the islands the same way. Great way to ship your car.

The customer service was surprisingly good. I received a calls a couple of times about status when looking for a driver. And when one was found, I didn’t just get an email, I received a call as well.

One of the biggest things within choosing a company to send your car is who can you trust. My experience was amazing and I’m so happy that I went through with them. Some things to note are keep an open window with your dates that way if a driver is not available you can give them with that one and two day window that way if you are traveling to the destinations it gives them that opportunity and you don’t stress yourself out with your car not being at your point B.
