The service was amazing. 100% recommended. They are nice, patient and always willing to help. The company was amazing. They always kept in contact with me throughout the process. Juan was super nice and had so much patience answering all my questions. My car was shipped over sees in no time even on holiday season.

First off, I found AUTOSTAR to be responsive in all phases of the car transport process. After agreeing to use AUTOSTAR, it was necessary for me to reach to several times regarding questions I had regarding my pickup and delivery.

I used them to transport my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Staten Island to Texas between Christmas and New Years. Not only did they give us a great price, but their customer service and professionalism throughout the process were superb. The driver they found [Eagle Express Transport] was also wonderful and even got my car delivered a day earlier than expected. I had to move all the way from Texas to North Carolina. Given the weather conditions I decided to hire a driver to have my Car shipped. Being my first time with all moving, shipping my car was something hard for me to do. I would never rely on anyone else with my car. Auto Star was amazing with all my requests and concerns. They made it very easier by following up on my pickup date, they were very flexible and matched my requirements. Very good, they did a good job, shipping my car from Central Illinois to south California. We will use the same company again if we need to ship car.
