The service was great. The customer service was on top of their communication and the car shipped in about 2 weeks. The car was left with them in perfect condition and it arrived on the islands the same way. Great way to ship your car.

The customer service was surprisingly good. I received a calls a couple of times about status when looking for a driver. And when one was found, I didn’t just get an email, I received a call as well.

One of the biggest things within choosing a company to send your car is who can you trust. My experience was amazing and I’m so happy that I went through with them. Some things to note are keep an open window with your dates that way if a driver is not available you can give them with that one and two day window that way if you are traveling to the destinations it gives them that opportunity and you don’t stress yourself out with your car not being at your point B. This is the second time we have used AutoStar to transport a car cross-country. Every step is so easy, rapid personal service. If I needed to leave a voice message, I was responded to very quickly. Communication with AutoStar and the driver was very good. Our car travelled safely and arrived just the way it was loaded. I would use AutoStar anytime I needed to move a vehicle over a long distance.

Contacted Autostart Transport to move my car from Texas to Ohio. AutoStar quoted me the lowest price out of the three transport companies that I contacted. Before and after the move, the service great. The transport driver was very punctual and fast. I can highly recomend Autostart transport to move your car.
