I recently moved to Bellevue, WA from Rochester, NY and found AutoStar at the last minute for the transportation. The driver was very polite and punctual. He even paid out of pocket for Uber to get to where I was since the driveway couldn't accommodate the truck. The car was shipped in an enclosed trailer to ensure it arrived in perfect condition, which it did. The transport process took about 7 days and I was pleased with the level of communication throughout the process. We used AutoStar Transport earlier this year to ship our vehicle from Seattle to Alaska, and have nothing but good things to say about our experience! I have used Autostar Transport several times now as a small automobile collector and have found that the business of moving cars can be a bit of a tricky to the point of downright dishonesty. I was nervous at first but the communication is very open they take you step by step and tell you exactly what you have to do. Very polite and always have great attitude, Edwin made sure to help with absolutely everything he could so that I wouldn’t stress out.

Love this company I’ve used them twice and both times had great service. They are very quick to respond and friendly. The drivers make sure to load the car with care and are also very nice
