I used Autostar Transport to deliver my car from one state to another. Customer Service and my main point of contact were in communication with me throughout the whole process. They made sure I was well- informed with was what going on every step of the way, from getting an assigned carrier to delivery. The carrier was very nice and kept in touch with me as well. Experience was very good; the team keep updating via email about the whole transaction. communication was excellent. Although there was a pickup delay the team communicated the situation immediately. Delivery was very accurate.

I am extremely pleased about the way my vehicle was handled from start to finish by Autostar Transportation Express. It was delivered within 24hrs and the driver was kind and courteous. The cost was unexpectedly low compared to local towing rates and quotes. A local guy wanted $2,000 but Autostar was able to do it for less than half of that amount for about an 800 mile trip. It would absolutely use them again. Also, my vehicle has a 6" lift and 35×12 tires.
