This company was great, very responsive and I was never left in the dark about what was going on. There was a problem with the first carrier but they were able to turnaround a new carrier within 48 hours. Again, everyone was responsive and gave me updates. I didn't have to sit on hold and scroll through tons of menu options. The truck showed up when the carrier promised. Had my vehicle transported from Eastern Pennsylvania to Southwest Arizona in an enclosed trailer. The pickup date and the delivery dates were as agreed to (on-time). The driver was conscientious in loading and unloading my vehicle. I am very satisfied and would use AutoStar Transport in the future.

This was a simple, affordable process. I had two options for open and closed transportation. Pick up and drop off of car was very efficient and quick and driver was one if the nicest people you could meet, he has definitely being doing this for a while!! Thanks for everything!

I needed to transport a 2001 Dodge Tam 2500, not running, from Beaumont California to Midland, TX. No idea how to get it here. Valerie was very helpful in getting everything worked out. The pick up was delivered with no issues, very quickly.

I contacted autostar to ship my mazda3 from NYC to Anchorage AK. Having no clue as to how that would work Noah walked me through, answered my questions, and made sure that my car would be in AK before me. It was fairly complicated on his part to estimate the different dates and speeds at which my car would move throughout the US Canada and then on a barge to Anchorage. I used Autostar Transport to deliver my car from one state to another. Customer Service and my main point of contact were in communication with me throughout the whole process. They made sure I was well- informed with was what going on every step of the way, from getting an assigned carrier to delivery. The carrier was very nice and kept in touch with me as well.
