Bought a car from them the next day the check engine light come on. The car is now in limp mode and I have to go through the warranty company to get it fixed. When I told them about my problem they offered no help. They told me nothing was wrong with the car when I bought it.
After spending 2 days and 5 hours each day we were told we would be able to leave with a car after fixing an old auto loan that was taken out in my name and that was our only issue , they had us call progressive and even switch over the information needed to drive the new car away , had us sign the last bit of paper work and then happened to not leave with a car just because the person who did our application yesterday did the application wrong and said that me and my spouse live at the same residence then proceeded to tell... read more
I called at 8:00 to see if a car was available. Jennifer told me it was there. I told her I would be there in 25 minutes. We arrived and the salesman could not find the car or keys. He did however bring the keys to a similar car that was $2000 more. Very shady business tactics. They lost a customer for life.
This place is a joke. We got one of those prize card and had winning numbers, but they wouldn't give us anything unless we bought a car. The sales team doesn't know anything about the cars they are trying to sale( Blake and Jim) And Mark will not answer emails, and they say they have a car locater. The manager's will tell you one thing one time and something different the next time. We have tried to work with them several times over the last 5 years, and get the same run around each time. I would not recommend this place, I just went and looked at a 2004 Toyota Tacoma had a little surface rust, wiring was all out of wack to the battery, grounded wire inside the truck, big dent in the side and check engine light was on and cat converters were stopped up and a replacement for that would be close to $700-$800 and dealer wouldn’t hardly come off the price with all of this being said
Very bad owner and dishonest seller Bought a fully restored car and I received car fully rusty Beware of this garage
They lie about the condition of their vehicles. Always ask to see the Carfax because they're not going to tell the truth. Their vehicles are priced too high for what they're actually valued at. Never again!!!!
Would not recommend to anyone.
