They lie about the condition of their vehicles. Always ask to see the Carfax because they're not going to tell the truth. Their vehicles are priced too high for what they're actually valued at. Never again!!!!

Horrible service. They cheated one of my sister's out of thousands of dollars and still doesn't have a car. Liars. Cheats. No good. Stay away!!!!!
Because this is a negative post ,I suspect that my post will be deleted....we puchased a van in July. We paid a fee to Auto World to get permanent licence plates from MVD of it is now the end of October and we still do not have permanent plates . After many phone calls ,and many promises that it will be resolved, it is not. .. Will have to make another trip today to pick up the 3rd temporary plate.I would not recommend this dealership. Nor will I ever buy a car from them again.
I spoke with someone over the phone about a 2014 Scion iQ for sale, and I was told it was in great shape with no issues at all. I took a day off work and drove 3.5 hours to purchase the car. I inspected the car before the test drive and found paint scratches and cracks, loose body panels and creased body panels where whoever owned the car prior hit something that damaged the car from the door to the end of the quarter panel.
