Because this is a negative post ,I suspect that my post will be deleted....we puchased a van in July. We paid a fee to Auto World to get permanent licence plates from MVD of it is now the end of October and we still do not have permanent plates . After many phone calls ,and many promises that it will be resolved, it is not. .. Will have to make another trip today to pick up the 3rd temporary plate.I would not recommend this dealership. Nor will I ever buy a car from them again.
I spoke with someone over the phone about a 2014 Scion iQ for sale, and I was told it was in great shape with no issues at all. I took a day off work and drove 3.5 hours to purchase the car. I inspected the car before the test drive and found paint scratches and cracks, loose body panels and creased body panels where whoever owned the car prior hit something that damaged the car from the door to the end of the quarter panel. Don't ever buy a vehicle here. While they work with you and they get you into vehicles that may or may not fall apart, their service department is shady! We bought a truck from this place and didn't even have it a year before the transmission blew. They told us when we bought it that the warranty we had bought with is was good for a YEAR. We took it to them twice to look at. The first time was around 131,000 and they were checking on the air conditioning issue we were having at that time. I bought a 2003 ford focus wagon last year.great looking and great running car.oil change every 3000 miles and four new tires.moved in with my fiancee and really needed a truck for home repairs and my side jobs.they got me in a 2002 Dodge Dakota, small v8.in the five months I have had it the engine blew, transmission in for repairs twice.they promised the AC was fixed,but it went out this past weekend.they charged it and said it might last til monday.in other words the truck is a 🍋.i have tried talking to the salesman and a... read more
